One early Thursday I ventured up a big hill where I'd see a truck come down every once in a while. TO my delight, I found a huge apartment complex with either every house having a 20 or 32 gal can for trash and bucket and bag recycling! The bucket recycling is especially awesome because I believe this is the last place with it, everywhere else has dual sort bins. You've never seen this truck before, he is collecting garbage.
