A brief tutorial on how you can flush your toilet with just a bucket of water. This trick can be used if either your toilet isnt working like the tank parts but it still drains or you have no electricity. Now you obviously have to get water so you can get some from a friend, a neighbor, or if you have stored emergency water you can do this. there are 2 ways to do this One is just dump the water in the bowl as seen here and the other is by adding it to the tank. only add it to the tank if you dont have power and need to flush. if your tank is broken then pour it in the bowl. You will need: A small bucket, a 3 gallon one should be enough but any good sized one will suffice A durable 32 gallon trash can with no holes in the bottom so use a new one Water (get this from your neighbor or some other source. To flush just fill the bucket and then dump it in the bowl and the toilet will flush. if you have no power then dump it in the tank, make sure the tank is full for the next person ;).
